Principal Dr. Bipul Singh hails from a humble background in a small town, Patna, India. He was raised by his banker father, Shiv Shankar Singh, and mother, Prabha Singh, a dedicated homemaker. As the eldest of three siblings, with a younger sister and brother, Bipul Singh grew up in a household prioritizing academic excellence and compassionate values.

At home, Dr. Singh finds joy and support in the loving presence of his wife, Pummi, with whom he has shared 19 years of marital bliss. They are proud parents to their two children, Raj (15) and Neel (10), who want to follow in their parent’s footsteps in pursuing higher education and serving people.

Driven by his deep-rooted faith and belief in the power of service, Dr. Singh embraces his role as the principal of Oglethorpe Avenue Elementary School as more than just a profession.
